Made Locally

Mostly we print your order on demand in our studio in Scotland. We sometimes use partners to print your order for larger print sizes for which we are not equipped in our studio. Also orders to countries other than the UK might be printed by our partners in your own country. We do this to reduce the possibility of you incurring customs & tax charges, but it also results in less global transportation and faster delivery times, as well as keeping jobs local to you. If feels right to us, but if you really do want it to come from our very hands in Scotland, please leave a note or email us after your order, and we shall happily oblige.

A colorful bit of Scotland in dreary NY

I LOVVVVVE my print of Victoria Street. Thank you so much. The ONLY issue I had is that it was not well-protected for shipping. As soon as I saw the package, which was bent and creased, I assumed I would have to request another copy of the print. And, sure enough, the print was creased, too—in several places. But, for whatever reason, when I tested it out in a mat and in a frame and behind glass, the creases didn't show. So, it's all good. The package had been marked "Do Not Bend," but clearly that is not enough. There should have been some sturdy cardboard included around the print to prevent the package from being bendable at all. Here are two pictures of the package and a picture of the back of the print. Anyway, bottom line, all is well, and I LOVE it!

Hi there Barbara,

I am so sorry to hear that your print arrived in such a damaged condition. It looks like the postal service had some fun with it. I completely understand your concerns and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Since the print is so damaged, I will be more than happy to replace it for you. I will contact you by email now to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. I want to ensure that you receive a print that is in perfect condition.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for providing photos of the package and print. We appreciate your feedback and will take steps to ensure that this doesn't happen again in the future.
