What should I do if my item is damaged?

Please take a picture of the packaging and the item, so we can see what happened, and put in place measures to stop it happening again. Then use the contact form here, the chat function, or email us at shop@diedododa.com, so we can send you a replacement.

I have changed my mind and would like a different print.

If you change your mind after receiving your print, we will happily exchange it for you. Bring it into our shop, or send it back to us and we will exchange it for another print of the same size and paper specification.

I have changed my mind and would like a refund.

If we haven't yet dispatched your order yet, we will happily refund you.

After we have dispatched your order, and you would like to cancel and get a refund, we have 2 options available.

You can take the refund as a gift card which you can use to make another order. This will not cost you anything, and we will send you a prepaid label to send the items back.

If you prefer a full refund to your original payment method, there will be a £5.00 fee, for which you will receive a prepaid label to use to send the items back. On receipt of the items we will credit your card/paypal back.
