Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At diedododa, we want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase — no reason required, wherever you're ordering from.

Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

For goods, this 14-day period starts on the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the item.
For services, this 14-day period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, your deadline is extended to the next working day.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us using the withdrawal function on our website, or by emailing us, before the 14-day period expires. Please provide:

Your name
Your order number or order reference
A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your contract

You do not need to give a reason. Once we've received your withdrawal request, we'll send you a confirmation email acknowledging it.

Returning Your Item

Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, please return the item to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We do not refund return shipping costs.

Please package the item securely to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Your Refund

Once we receive the returned item (or you provide proof that you've sent it back to us), we will refund you within 14 days. This refund will include the price you paid for the item and the original standard delivery cost you paid to receive it. It will not include your cost of returning the item to us.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless you've expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we've received the goods back, or until you've supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Condition of Returned Items

Please return items unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and how they function — in the same way you would in a shop. If the item shows signs of use beyond this, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in the item's value.

Exceptions

We do not currently apply any exceptions to the right of withdrawal. All eligible purchases — including canvas prints made to order — can be withdrawn from within the 14-day period described above.
