Ever seen an ornament and love the theme but not the finish? This was one of those for me...it came in a super shiny finish but I’ve been after something involving a durian fruit for a while. The cockatoo was an obvious bonus! So obviously I had to get it and...paint it! With a good primer you can pretty much paint over any surface. My go to is @zinsser_uk .Then just normal acrylic paint on top.
